Children who come from a background where English is not the main language spoken in the home, are able to be assisted with special programmes for the learning of English within our school system. ESL Teachers or tutors are provided to assist students and teachers with programming and direct support. Children who are newly arrived from other countries qualify for new arrivals funding which provides intensive language teaching, by a qualified teacher.
